– Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments as needed.
– Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
– Proficiency in drapery construction techniques, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
– Experience working in a production environment is beneficial.
– Strong ability to operate various types of sewing machines effectively.
– Attention to detail with a keen eye for fabric quality and drapery aesthetics.
– Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
