Fast growing Millwork company located in Roselle, NJ is looking for an experienced millworker for a shop manager position. Requirements: Prior experience as a millworker/cabinet maker is a must. No exceptions. Ability to operate machinery such as edge bander, table saw, bim saw and overall general shop equipment. Ability to read blueprints, provide guidance and oversight of the entire team. The candidate must possess the following: great management skills, sense of responsibility, time management skills, leadership and organizational skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
